工作日期：2026年7月16日至24日

工作時間：需輪值，每日3班，每班8小時。

工作要求：
1. 能說流利粵語、普通話及英文。
2. 需接受事前培訓。
3. 需穿着整齊制服。
4. 為人熱心、有禮、主動，具突發處理能力。
5. 需懂得使用 Microsoft Office 等軟件。

工作內容：
1. 接收並發佈訊息，供各外地表演團隊知悉。
2. 現場解答外地表演團隊問題及支援（包括酒店設備等情況），現場會設有酒店內線。
3. 時刻注意活動日程、外地團抵澳及離澳情況，與隨隊人員、酒店和主管人員溝通協調。
4. 與酒店溝通，提前於外地團入住前在領隊房間分發物資。
5. 張貼活動日程、變更通知、活動須知訊息。
6. 需整理分房表、聯絡表、日程表等資訊。
7. 每日協助外地團於酒店上落車安排。
8. 協助組織外地團說明會，講解各項安排。

薪酬：MOP 5,000

Job Requirements:
1. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
2. Must attend pre-event training.
3. Must wear a neat and proper uniform.
4. Enthusiastic, polite, proactive, and capable of handling unexpected situations.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.

Job Duties:
1. Receive and disseminate information to overseas performance teams.
2. Answer enquiries from overseas performance teams on site and provide support, including matters related to hotel facilities. A hotel internal phone line will be available on site.
3. Keep track of the event schedule and the arrival and departure status of overseas teams in Macao, and communicate and coordinate with accompanying staff, the hotel and supervisors.
4. Coordinate with the hotel to distribute materials to the team leaders’ rooms before the overseas teams check in.
5. Post event schedules, change notices and important activity information.
6. Organise and update information such as rooming lists, contact lists and schedules.
7. Assist with daily pick-up and drop-off arrangements for overseas teams at the hotel.
8. Assist in organising briefing sessions for overseas teams and explain the relevant arrangements.

Remuneration: MOP 5,000
