Event Producer - MICE (Job Ref No: PRJ23M)

To be one of us, you will:

Focus on brand activation or thematic business which may be in the form of exhibitions, performances, permanent exhibits or events which may take place in Hong Kong or other locations globally with budgets spanning from thousands to millions.
Part of a global team, based in Hong Kong, Macao, or Zhuhai
Work for an award-winning firm

Responsibilities:

Responsible for planning, managing and executing corporate, industry and brand events
Follow up and provide excellent service to clients from initial briefing stage to final deliverables.
Strong technical background and knowledge in the areas of sound, lighting and innovative technology offerings
Develop event briefing and pitching materials and tracking mechanism, communicate with stakeholders to ensure the expected deliverables can be accomplished and measured
Manage the P&L of individual project
Develop operational rundown and checklist, and provide post event reports
Ability to meet deadlines and achieve the ultimate goal of the team
Strong relationship with vendors and suppliers

Key Requirements:

Bachelor or Degree holder, preferably in event management and creative area
Minimum 5 years working experience in agency or event company
Excellent presentation skills with strong technical background in event production
Creative, strong marketing sense, organized and responsible
Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin/Cantonese
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Proven time management and negotiating abilities
Ability to multi-tasking.
Effective problem solver who is able to think laterally and ensure continuity of service
A team player who is willing to travel and work under minimum supervision but with high quality standards
IT proficient with proven skills in PPT, MS word and MS Excel spreadsheets
