Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement aviation security measures in accordance with the Macau Civil Aviation Security Programme (MCASP)
• Develop and maintain the Heliport Security Programme (HSP) for Macau Heliport
• Coordinate security operations among government bodies, airlines, and heliport stakeholders
• Protect airside and Security Restricted Areas (SRA) through access control, screening, surveillance, and physical security measures
• Ensure compliance with AACM and EAA security standards, and take corrective actions when necessary
• Promote a strong security culture and staff vigilance across heliport operations
• Oversee the security design and integration of new or modified facilities
• Act as Aerodrome Security Manager, fulfilling requirements under the MCASP and overseeing all security personnel and facilities
• Serve as certified screener instructor, screener certifier, and heliport screener, approved by AACM
• Manage the heliport access permit system and staff screening operations
• To assist and support on any security matters relevant to heliport etc.

Requirements:

• University graduate; experience in aviation industry is an advantage
• Minimum of 3 years’ experiences in aviation security operational supervision and oversight
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge on MCASP and airport / heliport security program and measures
