校園招聘:HR & Admin Officer 人力資源及行政專員

Our client is an industry leader cross Macau - a dynamic organization with strong entrepreneurial spirit and a track record of success. As part of their continual expansion, they are seeking a HR & Admin Officer to join and grow with them.

  • 5 days’ work with government holidays
  • Young and friendly working environment


Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, C&B, staff relations and other HR duties
  • Perform all-rounded office administrative work including data input, document filing, maintaining an organised and efficient office environment.
  • Handle all round receptionist duties of greeting guests in a professional manner, answering phone calls, managing mailings and courier services
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to coordinate with office administrative issues
  • Other ad-hoc projects as assigned


Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power point and Chinese word processing
  • Ability to work independently, with good team spirit and hardworking
