Assist in handling the tender of the company's procurement, including document preparation, bid opening, bid evaluation, cost analysis and the contract formulation, etc. 2. Assist in contract work and material calculation. 3. Assist in writing letters, reports and proposals related to contract procurement. 4. Maintain close communication with the contractors of the contract and track the performance of the contract. 5. Complete relevant administrative duties assigned by superiors. Job Requirement 1. University graduate or above, majoring in engineering or related majors. 2. 2 years of administrative or contract procurement related work experience. 3. Qualifications in material surveying are a plus. 4. Experience in tendering and contract preparation is a plus. 5. Experience in work and materials settlement for underground pipelines or pumping station equipment rooms is preferred. 6. Basic computer knowledge. 7. Good command of Chinese and English. 8. Good communication skills and adaptability, able to complete various tasks independently and properly.
