  • 澳門自來水股份有限公司於1935 年成立,為一家私營企業,主要業務是為本澳提供安全、穩定、優質的供水服務。公司於1985年重組(母公司為法國蘇伊士),與政府簽訂一項為期25年的供水專營合約。憑著卓越的服務表現於2009 年與澳門特區政府續簽為期20 年的《延長澳門特別行政區供水公共服務批給公證合同》,有效期至2030年7月。

    Established in 1935, the Macao Water Supply Company Limited is a private enterprise in Macao which provides safe, reliable and quality water supply service. The company was restructured in 1985 (SUEZ is its parent company) and signed a 25-year water supply concession contract with the Macao Government. The superb water supply service during the period has earned the company a renewal of the “Extended Contract for the Concession of the Public Utility Service of Water Supplying in the Macao SAR” in 2009, valid for 20 years till July 2030.

行政助理 (執行辦公室)

職位描述
1. 為執行組成員提供日常行政和文書支援;
2. 協助員工到海外培訓、出差等行程安排及處理相關報銷事宜;
3. 協助管理辦公室助理、信使及接待員;
4. 協調管理公司各部門與政府部門、機構及公司之間的公函往來;
5. 管理部門相關設施、資產及庫存;
6. 整理數據並為管理層編制報告;
7. 根據公司政策和程序履行職責;
8. 完成上級安排或委派之相關行政職務。

技術要求
1. 具學士學位;
2. 3年或以上行政支援相關的經驗,具較豐富經驗及資歷者,將考慮聘為高級行政助理或行政主任;
3. 熟練使用Microsoft Office應用程序,包括Word、Excel、PowerPoint、中文輸入等;
4. 良好的中文(粵語)和英文口語及書寫能力;
5. 良好的中英文寫作和翻譯能力,具商務信函寫作能力為更佳;
6. 能夠快速了解公司和部門的政策;
7. 良好溝通能力,能在各個層面進行有效、專業的溝通;
8. 具分析和解決問題的能力。

Job Description
1. Provide daily administrative and clerical support to members of the Executive Team.
2. Assist in travel arrangements for overseas training and business trips of staff and to handle related reimbursement claims.
3. Assist in the management of office assistant, messenger, and receptionist.
4. Ensure the official correspondence between various departments in the company, government departments, institutions and companies in a timely manner.
5. Manage related facilities, assets, and stocks.
6. Compile data and prepare the reports for senior management.
7. Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
8. Complete relevant administrative duties assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree holder.
2. Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience of providing thorough and skillful administrative support to senior executives, the applicants with more extensive experience will be considered for employment as senior administrative assistant or administrative officer.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
4. Good command of spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese) and English.
5. Good Chinese and English writing and translation skills, and good business correspondence writing skills.
6. Able to quickly acquire knowledge of company and departmental policies and structures.
7. Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
