Job Responsibilities: • Process Invoices and verify expense reports (including administrative, inventory and fixed assets) • Update accounts payable ledgers and maintain the database. • Reconcile account transactions and resolve discrepancies. • Perform other related duties as required, such as document delivery and banking errands.
