Admin.Clerk

 Requirement:
- Secondary education or above.
- At least one year’s relevant experience.
- Proficient in using MS Office such as Word, Excel etc.
- Good interpersonal skills, pleasant and helpful disposition.
- Good sense of responsibility, good initiative, attention to detail.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese/Putonghua
- Able to work as part of a team
- Fresh Graduation will also be considered
- Macau resident only

Job Description & Basic Duties
• To provide clerical and secretarial support to the management team
• To be able to undertake administration duties and ad hoc projects
• Handle incoming phone calls, mails distribution and courier services
• Assist in administrative duties, including procurement of stationery and office supplies
• Handle data input and documentation delivery
• Maintain warehouse and logistics duty
