Our client is a local event company, they are now looking for an Admin Officer for their business expansion.
Responsibilities:
(1) Provide customer service to casuals for job application, registration and wages query.
(2) Responsible for all admin roles follow up in timely manner
(3) Support operations manager to issue cheques and payment to employees
(4) Follow up on workers' injuries report and submission
(5) Ensure filing systematically by due date
Requirements:
(1) Bachelor degree
(2) 1 - 2 years' relevant office administrative experience
(3) Proficient in MS Office, basic Excel
(4) Excellent communication skills
(5) Polite, pleasant and positive personality
(6) Detail-oriented and careful in approach
職責:

(2)1-2年相關辦公室行政經驗。
(3)精通MS Office,基本的Excel。
(4)良好的溝通技巧。
(5)有禮貌、愉悅和積極向上的個性。
(6)注重細節,做事謹慎。
