Administration & HR Clerk 人力資源及行政文員

Responsibilities:
工作內容

 
  • Handling of general office administration duties, record keeping and documentation.
  • 處理一般辦公室的行政職責,檔案保存和文件處理;
  • Responsible for human resources operations supporting staff movement, employee communication.
  • 負責人力資源運作,支援員工流動及溝通;
  • Prepare periodic report for attendance / recruiting activities etc.;
  • 制定定期出勤報告/招聘活動等
  • Work in partnership with business managers / directors, understand their needs and provide appropriate human resources advice / support proactively;
  • 與業務經理/董事合作,了解他們的需求並主動提供適當的人力資源建議/支援;
  • Perform ad-hoc assignment / project by supervisor.
  • 執行主管臨時任務/項目。

Requirements:
職位要求


  • Tertiary educated, with HR and office administration experience preferred.
  • 大專畢業或以上程度,具有人力資源和辦公室管理經驗者優先;
  • 1-2 years relevant working experience, exposure in construction industry is preferred.
  • 1-2年相關工作經驗,有建築行業經驗者優先;
  • Knowledge in Labour Ordinance, payroll and with strong communications and organizational skills;
  • 熟識澳門勞動關係法,薪資單,並具有較強的溝通和組織能力;
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
  • 具備良好的中英文書寫和會話能力。
  • Proficient in PC application Microsoft Office.
  • 熟悉電腦MS Office文書處理
  • Able to prioritize and work on multi-task projects;
  • 能夠優先處理和進行多任務項目;
  • Macao Resident to be first priority.
  • 持有澳門居民身分證優先
