Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
 
  • Assist in tenancy administration and record keeping, regular leasing reports, market research
  • Communicate with agents to ensure prompt and adequate response for client’s requirement
  • Participate in rental and other income collections
  • Handle enquiries and complaints, take all necessary follow-up actions
  • Ensure that all branded materials are consistent and in a corporate-approved template including emails, flyers newsletters, and deliverables
  • Create client database and update newsletter, coordinate direct mailings and e-blasts, planning presentation, disseminates information via the Company’s website, etc., for the sales team
  • Outdoor work including documents delivering and collection from different offices, government departments, and business partners
  • Perform HR assistant duty such as Recruitment, C&B, Staff activities, Training arrangement
  • Assist in meetings, activities coordination and arrangement
  • Secretarial support to senior management
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business or related disciplines.
  • 1 year of working experience in HR / administrative field
  • Working experience in Macau real estate is an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with excellent telephone manner and
  • service attitude
  • Outdoor work if necessary

Work Location: Macau
