  1. Tertiary Educated.
  2. Relevant working experience
  3. Fluent in both written & spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin Speaking is an advantage.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
  5. Be self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
