Contract Office Administrator

Job Description:
Provide daily administrative & operation support to office and boutiques, including but not limited to:
‧ Maintain and replenish the stock level office & boutique operation supplies
‧ Prepare and / or assist in daily office & operations administrative tasks
‧ Process / Maintain / Update related accounting record
‧ Assist in uniform arrangement
Provide administrative support to the team
Coordinate with both internal and external parties on daily operation
Provide / Assist in administrative / secretarial support for Management
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager

Requirement:

Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Service-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office
