Wai Yuen Tong is a renowned brand-name pharmaceutical group publicly listed in Hong Kong with diversified products of Chinese & Western medicines, health food, beauty & health care products available in local & overseas market.

We are currently operating more than 60 retail outlets in Hong Kong and Macau. To strive for long term development and assure the product quality, our Chinese medicine pharmaceutical plant in Yuen Long, with a floor area of over 110,000 square feet, has been awarded by GMP accreditations from the Chinese Medicine Council of Hong Kong as well as the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).

Responsibilities:

Oversee an area of stores and lead the Store Managers to achieve sales targets and sustain business profit
Develop and enhance the team in providing the good quality of customer service, sales performance, daily operations, quality, cost and inventory accuracy
Maintain a high standard of store environment and ensure customer service quality
Act as a key person in motivating, training and driving the team culture
Work closely with internal customers on marketing and promotion effectiveness
Monitor and develop marketing strategic plans to achieve the organisational goals and increase brand visibility with the assigned area

Requirements:

Diploma or above with at least 8 years of supervisory in retail operations or FMCG retail industries
Must have solid experience in district management positions
Aggressive, proactive, sales-oriented, highly self-motivated with positive attitude
Good leadership skills, effective presentation, and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and under pressure
Less experience will be considerate as Assistant District Manager
Immediate availability is preferred
