  • 新八佰伴成立於一九九七年,前身為日本八佰伴集團所擁有之八佰伴日式百貨公司,其後由澳門旅遊娛樂有限公司之Panda Sociedade de Gestao de Investimentos Limitada 所收購並於一九九七年底將其重新命名為新八佰伴。自此本公司之貨品種類擴展至世界各地之高級產品。

    新八佰伴大樓位於澳門蘇亞利斯博士大馬路90號,於2008年8月8日正式啟用,只需步行幾分鐘即可到達商業區的中心地帶。新八佰伴共分十層,並附設一個220個車位的地庫停車場,擁有員工約一千人。各層主題鮮明,包括化妝品、男女時裝、皮鞋、手袋、童裝、家庭用品、電器、美食廣場及超級市場等等,種類包羅萬有。除此之外,新八佰伴不單在百貨公司內經營,還在路氹經營不同品牌的零售店,如濠尚、上葡京等。

EXECUTIVE SECRETARY

If you're a great organizer with strong administration skills and a flair for leading and motivating teams, then a career in office management could be for you

As an Executive Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the Assistant General Manager-Sales Operations to ensure an efficient operation and facilitate the smooth running of the sales operations. This includes the organizing of people, information, and other resources. You must make sure that relevant records are up to date and that all administrative processes work effectively.

Responsibilities
• Use a range of office computer software, including email, spreadsheets, and databases, to ensure the efficient running of the office
• Manage online and paper filing systems
• Develop and implement new administrative systems, such as record management
• Record office expenditure and manage the budget
• Organize weekly meetings with operations management staff members that include the preparation of agenda and taking minutes
• Write reports for senior management and deliver presentations
• Coordinating the signing of documents to be submitted to the Corporate Office
• Preparation of procurement and trading contracts, follow up with sales operations department for variation of business terms and conditions
• Coordinating the legal documentation flows with relevant departments and liaising with the company appointed lawyers.

Requirements:
• Excellent organizational, reporting and time management skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other commonly used office packages
• The ability to prioritizes tasks and work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken in English & Chinese
• Attention to details and able to handle all ad-hoc assignments
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
• A problem-solving approach to work
