Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls on multi-line telephone, take and refer messages • Organize the schedule, responsible for calendar management • Provide administrative support to our Food and Beverage Team, support Food and Beverage projects and activities • Attend and/or schedule meetings and trainings as required • Order supplies, materials, and repairs as necessary • Handle ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned Requirement: • Higher Diploma or above • Good computer skills including Word, Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Good team player • Able to work independently and within tight deadline • Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese
