Responsibilities: The Finance and Administration Officer – Food & Beverage is to support the business activities and finance functions of food & beverage business line, including but not limited to: • perform procurement activities: sourcing, price negotiations, developing supplier network, scrutinizing price competitiveness and terms; • monitor supplier database, relationship building and regular vendor evaluation and assessment; • support inventory control and delivery planning; • handle daily accounting duties for accounts payable function, invoices checking and record keeping, payable statement checking and reconciliation; • prepare and facilitate bank transactions, vouchers, and cheque payments, ensuring timely and accurate settlement before due date; • process expense claims, checking and reconciliating petty cash and bank records; • handle booking-keeping, sales reports and other general supporting activities for food & beverage business line, including but not limited to coordinating repairs and maintenance, facilitating relevant business filing and updates; • support on ad hoc analysis/projects related to new business initiative Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Post Secondary/ Diploma education or above in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field. - Experience: 2+ years in purchasing or supply chain roles, and accounting experience. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in procurement system, MS Office, Excel, Word and ERP systems. - Self-motivated, willing to learn and highly responsible. - Good command of English and Chinese.
