Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Report directly to the General Manager in Hong Kong
• Oversee a small team to provide professional management including stock level, operations, staffing and business in Macau.
• Motivate and monitor the team to ensure service delivery and sales activity to meet and exceed business goals and target.
• Identify, pursue and develop new accounts through awareness of local market, competitor activities and community growth plans. Establish rapport and continually develop current accounts with key clients.
• Develop a sales network through the acquisition of new and strengthened relationships with regular clients
• Manage the P&L of Macau Branch and seeking to always improve its productivity and profitability
• Develop and manage budget, revenue and forecasts to achieve the development of short-term and long-term growth plans of the team
• Meet all budgets and ensure the control of outstanding account from clients by proactive means and constant follow-up
• Ensure effective communication of the company strategies, objectives and responsible for its implementation
• Work closely with the Hong Kong team including finance, shipping and sales teams.

Requirements:
• University Degree in business, hospitality management, or a related discipline
• Proven management experience in food service industry
• Knowledge in fine foods products
• Excellent communication/presentation and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and result driven
• Fluent in spoken and written of English, a French speaker is a plus
• Preferable to those with strong contact with chefs and procurements in hotels, clubs or restaurants.
