Office Administrator

 
Job Description:
• Perform full aspects of administrative support to the department and daily office operations
• Debt analysis & report generation
• Negotiate with customers for debt collection
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administration and business development
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP is highly preferred
