Responsibilities: • Create and maintain client database and update newsletter, coordinate direct mailings and e-blasts, planning presentation, disseminates information via the Company’s website, etc., for the sales team; • Provide administrative and customer support to the department including tenant, vendor and property files, lease contracts, record keeping, regular leasing reports, market research, etc… • Communicate with agents to ensure prompt and adequate response for client’s requirement; • Participate in rental and other income collections; • Support the business event activities; • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned; Requirements: • Diploma or degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business or related disciplines; • Working experience in Macau real estate or holder of Macau Real Estate Agent license will be an advantage; • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin); • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing; • Good communication and interpersonal skills with excellent telephone manner and service attitude; • Outdoor work if necessary;
