Senior Administrative Officer / Administrative Officer

Our client is a listed Global Financial Service Group. They are seeking an Administrative Officer to join them. It is a newly created position for their Macau business extension.

 

 

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage and be in charge of all office general administrative issues for Staff / Agency Offices to ensure smooth run of daily operation.

  • Liaise with vendors and other departments to make sure assigned specific projects are completed on time and in full compliance of company policy.

  • Handle staff and agency entitlement (including keys, door access card) and update record regarding required system timely and accurately.

  • Handle general office admin task including office cleaning, procurement, repair & maintenance and any ad hoc requests.

  • Handle mails collection and delivery services within the offices and for inter-branches.

  • Handle mails enveloping / franking / posting as accordance to guidelines & schedules.

  • Handle delivery, courier and distribution tasks for staff & agency offices

  • Handle equipment set up and room setting requests.

  • Liaise with vendor / building management office to ensure request are effectively and efficiently completed.

  • Handle office renovation / modification works.

  • Handle office insurance and Occupational Health & Safety issues.

  • Handle phone enquiries.

 

 

Job requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree Holder.

  • Minimum one year experience and experience in financial service industry will be an advantage.

  • Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

  • Proficient in Office Microsoft applications and word processing.
