Architect (Ref.: A/MO/HEJ/0226)

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 -6 years experience with good design skills, contract administration and/or project management;
• Registered Architect in Macau, UK, HK, US or equivalent;
• Skills in V-Ray, Revit / BIM or Rhino Grasshopper;
• Familiar with Macau building codes and International Building Codes;
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and consultants;
• Able to handle full set design/construction drawings and specifications;
• Well organized, self-disciplined and able to work under pressure independently;
• Strong verbal and writing communication skills;
• Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
• Travel to HK / PRC would be required;
• Macau citizen is a must.
