  • 新八佰伴成立於一九九七年,前身為日本八佰伴集團所擁有之八佰伴日式百貨公司,其後由澳門旅遊娛樂有限公司之Panda Sociedade de Gestao de Investimentos Limitada 所收購並於一九九七年底將其重新命名為新八佰伴。自此本公司之貨品種類擴展至世界各地之高級產品。

    新八佰伴大樓位於澳門蘇亞利斯博士大馬路90號,於2008年8月8日正式啟用,只需步行幾分鐘即可到達商業區的中心地帶。新八佰伴共分十層,並附設一個220個車位的地庫停車場,擁有員工約一千人。各層主題鮮明,包括化妝品、男女時裝、皮鞋、手袋、童裝、家庭用品、電器、美食廣場及超級市場等等,種類包羅萬有。除此之外,新八佰伴不單在百貨公司內經營,還在路氹經營不同品牌的零售店,如濠尚、上葡京等。

Assistant Customer Service Manager

To cope with our rapid growth, we are looking for high caliber individual for the following position:

Position Summary:

  • Assistant Customer Service Manager plays the role as frontline person. He/she faces customers or consumers who are either complaining or raving about products and services. Ensuring that every tasks is done effectively and make sure all aspects of customer services are established well. Moreover, he/she is also responsible for helping in development and execution of training programs for the company.
  • Key roles and Responsibilities:
  • Provide directions and guidance to the team in enhancing guest satisfaction; with conflict resolution techniques
  • Overseeing the team, and with training and coaching staff, providing professional guidance
  • Handle critical cases and guest complaints, provide outstanding services and ensure guest satisfactions
  • Coordinate with different departments in organizing training programs as required
  • Prepare reports or case analysis as per Management’s request
  • Attend department meetings and training sessions as scheduled
  • Review guest surveys and address possible departmental/ service opportunities for improvement
  • Perform ad-hoc job related duties as requested

Requirements:

  • University graduated in Hospitality Management or other equivalent disciplines
  • 3+ years of Customer Service operations in casino or hospitality industry experiences
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin, as well as written skills
  • Strong communication skills, patient and detail oriented
  • Proactive to build up relationship with customers as well as the internal team members, ability to lead and motivate teams spirits
  • Proficiency in computer skills, strong in statistical analysis, organization and presentation skills
