Key Responsibilities:
1. Category Planning & Space Strategy Development
• Develop annual store space planning and category layout strategies based on company strategy and market demand.
• Collaborate with merchandise and purchasing departments to rationally allocate display area and positioning resources for each category, based on category sales performance and customer needs.
• Optimize store traffic flow design to guide efficient customer movement, enhance product exposure, and increase cross-selling rates.
2. Space Layout & Display Standard Management
• Establish and continuously optimize store layout and product display standard manuals to ensure a consistent and standardized image across all stores.
• Plan thematic display schemes for holidays, promotional events, and new product launches to enhance store atmosphere and customer appeal.
• Regularly evaluate and adjust space utilization efficiency through sales-per-square-foot data analysis, providing optimization recommendations.
3. Cross-Department Collaboration & Project Coordination
• Work closely with operations, marketing, construction, and other departments to ensure effective implementation of space planning solutions in new store openings and store renovations.
• Coordinate the overall progress of planning projects, managing internal and external resources to ensure timely and high-quality completion.
• Conduct regular store visits to gather frontline feedback and continuously improve space and display effectiveness.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Retail Management, Visual Communication, Art Design, or related fields.
• 15+ years of experience in store planning, category management, or display management within large chain retail enterprises (e.g., supermarkets, department stores, specialty stores), with at least 5 years of team management experience.
• Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of retail logic, capable of driving space and category optimization decisions through sales data and customer behavior analysis.
• Proficiency in store display planning, familiar with visual merchandising principles, and possessing excellent product presentation and scene-based display design abilities.
• Ability to coordinate and drive multiple projects simultaneously, with strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively facilitate cross-departmental cooperation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong team spirit.
