POSITION SUMMARY
The Manager - Art & Design is responsible to manage creative design team to provide creative designs for daily IRS promotional projects through the entire design process such as concept development, layout development, presentation and supervision on artwork developments.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the design team of 2 senior designers to work with IRS BAU project from concept, layout and presentation to artwork development
- Provide Art and Creative direction for design projects
- Provide guidance for graphic design and art, coach the designers on design techniques, artwork development guidelines
- Understand digital landscape and provide digital advices to the team
- Work extremely close with senior manager on all BAU projects
- Work with business units with mature manner
- Manage to deliver works on time precisely
- Collaborate with cross teams especially digital team to ensure the team is up to the digital trend
- Liaise with clients and vendors where necessary

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 6 years graphic and digital design experience, with minimum 2 years in managing designers
- Degree holder in graphic design or related disciplines
- Good sense of art and design aesthetics
- Creative thinking
- Solid understanding on digital-industry technical requirements
- Basic knowledge on UI/UX
- Ability to work with Mac environments
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and any digital related applications
- Understanding and familiarity with Chinese market
- Preferred Cantonese and Mandarin spoken and written proficient
- Written English skill is required (For daily email communications)
- Macau residence will be given preference
