Job Responsibilities: • Process sales invoices and verify contract; • Update accounts receivable ledgers and maintain the database; • Reconcile account transactions, resolve discrepancies, document filing and arrange payment reminders; • Perform other duties as assigned by manager, such as document delivery and banking errands. Job Requirements: • 3 years of relevant experience, LCCI Level 2 or above; • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office Excel; • Responsible, able to work independently, under pressure and meet tight deadlines; • Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin) and English. 工作職責: • 處理日常發票(租務單、保養單、其他消耗單)及合約資料整理; • 會計應收入賬及維護數據庫的準確、文件整理; • 核對賬目和修正差異後,定期發給客人付款通知; • 執行其他上司給予的相關工作,如外勤(文件遞送、收票和銀行業務)。 職位要求: • 3年相關工作經驗,LCCI 2 或以上; • 較強的分析能力和熟練使用MS Office Excel; • 責任心強,能成熟處事和獨立工作,可承受壓力並按時完成任務; • 良好的中(廣東話、普通話)及英文溝通能力 Others: / 其他 • Location: Macau 澳門區上班 • 5 day- work week 雙休 • Social Security Fund, Group Medical allowance, etc. 全額社保, 醫療津貼等 • Annual leave and sick leave 有薪年假及病假 • Other benefits.
