Louis Vuitton Macau Invites qualified applicants to apply for the following positions:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Retail Operation Control and Financial Review

Prepare and analyses Macau management reports (weekly sales report, P&L actual, expense reports, etc)
Partner with accounting team on actual monthly process - provide monthly accruals, cost allocation, and review journal entries
Check in SAP POs and BW system to ensure proper expense booking before month-end closing
Provide analytical and support on luxury market environment (competitor market updates, tourists arrivals and spending analysis, etc.)
Collaborate with Macau stores and functions on expense control and variance analysis, assist the monitoring of store deposits status
Collaborate with Macau stores to ensure operational and internal control are implemented according to company’s guidelines (inventory management, sales monitoring, vendor management, etc.)
To follow up purchase requisitions, invoices, petty cash expenses approval
Build financial models and perform ad-hoc analysis per management request

Financial Budgets and forecasts

Support and assist in Macau budgets and forecasts detailed working files
Review and get details on functional department’ budgets and forecasts submissions
Coordinate and monitor Macau budget/forecasts timeline and submission among departments
