  • The Bank of East Asia, Limited is the largest independent local bank in Hong Kong. To cope with the business operation in Macau, we are now seeking high calibre persons to take up the following positions in BEA Macau Branch.

Branch Operation & Sales Support Department – Clerk

Job Duties:
 
  • Assist supervisor in the preparation of statistics reports, filing and scanning of documents
  • Act as a backup teller to handle counter transactions
  • Assist in filling up account opening forms and completing the account opening process
  • Answer customers’ enquiries and follow up on customers’ request.

Requirements:

  • Form 6 or above
  • Minimum 1 year experience in teller/ customer service position
  • Basic PC knowledge
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Fluent Mandarin is an added advantage
