Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager

Job Description
* Responsible for leading finance team to complete full set of accounts for multiple entitles.
* Responsible for managing cashflow to ensure minimal cost of funds.
* Prepare monthly and annual financial and management reports, conduct analysis and reconciliations
* Responsible for financial and tax filings
* Liaise with external parties; auditors, bankers, etc.

Job Requirements
* Minimum degree holder in Accounting / Management Accounting with at least 8 years of accounting experience
* Min 5 years’ experience in holding a managerial position and leading a finance department
* Min 5 years’ experience in managing full set of financial books and cashflow
* Min 5 years’ experience in Group A and B financial statements submission
* Experience in reviewing, setting up, managing finance process and controls for optimal operation
* Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external parties
* Able to work within schedule and adaptable in a multi-cultural environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics will be an advantage
* Proficient in English and Chinese
