MHI Mobility Macau Ltd., a member of MHI Group, is supplying rolling stock and E&M systems for the Macau Light Rapid Transit Project (Macau LRT Project), which the government of the Macau SAR is building to enhance its transportation infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all financial and tax accounting functions to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Prepare and review financial statements, tax filings, and related documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
Produce financial reports related to budgets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, including cost allocations.
Coordinate with banks, external auditors and tax authorities as required.
Supervising and managing daily payment operations in e-banking, reconciliation and clearing with SAP system
Review, monitor, and manage budgets and cash-flow.
Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of financial data.
Lead improvements in accounting and tax processes to promote operational efficiency.
Handle ad-hoc finance-related tasks as assigned.
Improve and streamline financial processes and internal controls.
Maintain and operate accounting and finance systems (SAP S4 HC).

Requirements

A holder of a valid Macau ID.
Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
Proficient in standard office software including Excel and accounting systems including SAP.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with a strong focus on financial accounting and tax accounting.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and cost allocation methods.

Preferred Qualifications

Professional accounting qualifications such as LCCI Level 3 or above, or a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
Proficiency in Japanese is an advantage.
