Responsibilities:
Handle accounts payable, receivable, journal voucher, debit note, income certificate, revenue voucher checking, income audit, F&B cost control and bank balance monitoring. Advise the management on compliance and process to ensure the process are kept and improved will be other main duty.

• Handle full set of accounting and operation functions, F&B cost control and bank balance monitoring;

• Responsibility for regular stock take exercises as well as tracking, monitoring, and recording the movement of inventory for F&B outlets, highlighting any discrepancies to management;

• Implementation of checks, balances, and bank-in procedure to ensure a high level of operational compliance is maintained at all times;

• Preparation of daily sales report, monthly management accounts, and cash-flow forecasts as well as annual financial statements for these entities;

• Prepare accurate and timely monthly payroll and relevant records, employee compensation payment, and insurance management for the Restaurants;

• Liaison with other teams as well as internal and external parties in order to monitor and control on AP payment;

• Handle relevant regulatory requirements of the Restaurants, including annual audit, tax filing and corporate secretarial matters;

• Assist in set up/implementation of accounting and internal control policies and procedures;

• Any other recurring and ad hoc project work that may be required in order to fulfil your duties;

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, qualified accountant is preferred;

• Minimum 5 years Accounting experience preferably gained from the F&B Industry;

• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English;

• Knowledge in accounting software, experience in Peachtree will be a plus;

• Well-versed with MS office and Chinese word processing, advanced user of Microsoft Excel is preferred;

• Responsible, independent, well organized, self-initiative and details-oriented;

• A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills;

• Excellent analytical ability, positive attitude and willing to learn;

• Immediate available is highly preferred;
