AV Technician Service

Major Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the normal operation of facility equipment within the complex, and ensure they are operated in a safe and efficient manner;
- Carry out routine maintenance and urgent repair works in accordance with sound engineering practices and occupational health and safety regulations;
- Respond to calls in all areas of the complex.
- Assist the Shop Supervisor in monitoring the contractors carrying out maintenance and urgent repair works and ensure their works are in compliance with the required specifications and standards.
- Willing to work on shift and roster.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Data entry, keep track the life cycle of consuming parts and critical equipment.
- Physical installation work, such as mounting TV on the wall, ceiling speaker.
- Events support service, including on-site troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Need to perform work at height, including controlling Scissors lifts, Fork lifts.

Required Skill and Knowledge:
- 1 year of IT/AV related work experience
- Education equivalent to graduate from high school, perfect Diploma degree education background
- Have knowledge about computer operations and networking concept
- Have basic knowledge in the field of Audio-Visual system
- Be willing to join the company arranged training course
- Fluent Cantonese, Basic English and Mandarin
- Have a mature personality, work independently
- Able to read and interpret manufacturer’s manuals and procedures related to audio-visual & control equipment.
- Be willing to work any day of the week and any shift
- Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies
- Have a well-groomed and professional appearance
