POSITION SUMMARY As a member of the 'Build' team, the Analyst - Project Management provides high quality and timely consultancy and project management services on a variety of Gaming and Hotel operations systems. He/she will work under the supervision and guidance from his/her reporting supervisor to proactively research, define and drive business IT-related initiatives to success. The position requires an experienced and motivated individual with the abiltiy to utilize their talents, skills, and abilities in a coordinated and consistent team effort. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Adhere to existing IS&T standard operating procedures & governance structure - Ensure policies and procedures are documented for systems and support functions - Proactive in response to new business initiatives and seeks creative IT solutions to business problems. - Define business and technical requirements for initiatives that will translate to technical solutions - Project manage end-to-end process of delivery of solution from budget approval to implementation and wrap-up - Faciliate/lead action of team members, stakeholders, and vendors/partners to complete tasks - Coordinate with software development staff on application support matters. - Work seamlessly with vendors and internal stakeholders alike to drive project initiatives to completion. - Facilitate Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing activities, ensuring quality products are delivered to meet/exceed customers' expectations. REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, systems analysis, or a related study, or equivalent experience. - 2 or more years of experience in not less than one IT discipline including, but not limited to project management (required), business analysis & design (peferred), application support, IT & business systems operations, etc - Working knowledge and experience with software development lifecyle frameworks including waterfall, agile/scrum - Strong written and verbal communication skills with a good ability to communicate in English required. The ability to communicate in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is preferred. - Strong desire to learn and be pro-active - Good planning and organizational skills. - Good interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation. - Basic leadership skills. - Good analytical and technical skills. - Good ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. - Good problem solving skills. - Good customer service skills.
