Application Support

Job Description

Map out the testing plans, and conduct testing on the relevant applications, as well as assisting the systems users to participate in the User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
Execute testing on the systems, and provide the testing results with relevant reports
Work closely with the System Admin and System Development teams, and make sure that the systems are running smoothly at all times
Coordinate the User Acceptance Test (UAT) for the new systems; also record any problems found and report them to the management
Coordinate and work with the related departments in collecting and identifying their needs and requirements on the systems
Assist in defining and analyzing the system problems in support of the system enhancement
Responsible for the installation, support and maintenance for the hardware and equipment

Job Specification

Bachelor degree in Information Technology
Minimum 3 years related experience in IT system support
Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Able to work independently and with a team
