Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) across gaming, hospitality, and customer behavior. - Extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources hosted on AWS (e.g., Redshift, Athena, S3). - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions. - Perform ad hoc analysis to support marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and operational improvements. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms. - Work closely with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and ensure timely data availability. - Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through exploratory data analysis (EDA). - Support regulatory and compliance reporting as required in the gaming industry. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. - Experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role. - Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and dashboard -development. - Strong SQL skills and experience working with AWS data services (e.g., Redshift, Athena, S3). - Solid understanding of data modeling and relational databases. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in the casino, gaming, or hospitality industry. - Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis. - Knowledge of data governance and compliance in regulated environments. - Experience with marketing analytics, customer segmentation, or loyalty program analysis.
