Database Business Architect

Responsibility:
• Database management: Make sure the database is secure, dependable, and stable.
• Installation and configuration: As new database instances are required, install and configure them.
• Monitoring: Make use of technologies to keep an eye on performance and spot problems before they have an impact on end customers.
• Technical support: Assist database users and application developers with technical issues.
• Performance tuning: adjusting settings and index operations to maximize database performance.
• Backup and recovery: Make sure data can be restored in the event of a failure by putting backup plans into place and managing them.
• Security: Control user access, uphold data integrity and confidentiality, and enforce database policies.
• Disaster recovery planning: Create and evaluate plans for disaster recovery.
• Capacity planning: Estimate future storage requirements and make plans appropriately.

Qualification:
• At least three years of experience working professionally in database management.
• Knowledge of management tools and database technology.
• Proficiency with database languages, including PL/SQL and SQL.
• Knowledge of operating systems and networking fundamentals.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity for high-pressure job.
