Key Responsibilities: • To perform monitoring, troubleshooting and regular administration/ maintenance on IT infrastructure including server and network administration. • To maintain and deploy end-points (computers, workstation, POS and other IT devices) at Macau Airport operation. • To manage local IT assets. Responsible for IT procurement, inventory management and license renewal activities • To liaise with external vendors and coordinate with other IT team members on the resolution of IT incidents and IT project deployments • To maintain & document procedures, practices and configurations. • To handle other ad hoc assignment Requirements: • Tertiary education or above in Computer Science / Information System / Information Technology or related discipline. • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a technical support role. • Holder of professional certificate in Microsoft or Cisco product will be advantage. • Preferably with POS experience and retail background. • Customer service oriented, team oriented, positive and cheerful attitude • Good communication skills, fluent in Cantonese and able to communicate in English.
