IT & Digital Engineer

About this Role
We are looking for an IT & Digital Systems Engineer to join our team in Macao. This role will be reporting to IT Digital Operations Manager (Hong Kong & Macau), working closely with the Macao business team, our France-based Corporate HQ, and the Regional HQ in Singapore.

This role is responsible for setting up, coordinating, and troubleshooting digital advertising systems in Macao Street Furniture (e.g., street advertising boards, bus shelters) and Macao International Airport (MIA), with main focus on site maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and install digital advertising systems on street furnitures
  • Prepare project reports and updates
  • Monitor digital systems and document incidents for maintenance purpose
  • Perform on-site maintenance and troubleshooting in collaboration with subcontractors
  • Work closely with vendors, HQ and other departments to resolve technical issues

Job Requirements
  • Macao resident is preferred
  • 2 years or above experiences in the field of IT / engineering / electronics
  • Experience in project management / contributing as technical team member for projects is a bonus
  • Hands-on site-work experience
  • Sound knowledge of Linux System
  • Knowledge in networking technologies
  • Good interpersonal skills and positive attitude towards problem-solving
  • Fair written & verbal communication skills

  • 支援及安裝街頭設施上的數位廣告系統
  • 準備項目報告及進度更新
  • 監控數位系統並記錄事件以便維護
  • 與分包商合作，進行現場維護及故障排除
  • 與供應商、總部及其他部門緊密合作，解決技術問題

職位要求
  • 優先考慮澳門居民
  • 具備兩年或以上 IT／工程／電子相關工作經驗
  • 具項目管理／作為項目技術團隊成員經驗者優先
  • 具現場工作實踐經驗
  • 熟悉 Linux 系統
  • 具備網絡技術知識
  • 良好的人際溝通技巧，積極主動解決問題
  • 基本的中英文書寫及口頭溝通能力
