Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the property's IT infrastructure, including computer systems, networks, servers, and related equipment.
• Provide technical support to all departments and ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and applications.
• Develop, implement, and maintain IT contingency and disaster recovery plans to safeguard business continuity.
• Perform regular system monitoring, maintenance, and data backup to ensure data security and integrity.
• Manage IT assets, software licenses, and inventory records, ensuring proper tracking and compliance.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of IT equipment and systems.
• Support the implementation and upgrading of hotel operational systems and technology solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies, security standards, and procedures.
• Assist in other engineering and property operation duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or computer information management.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, system installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Experience with hotel systems is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, network infrastructure, and data backup solutions.
• Good command of both English and Chinese.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Able to work under pressure and respond effectively to urgent operational needs.
• Hospitality or serviced residence experience is preferred.
