Provide daily IT support to internal users, including hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems via phone, email, remote support, or on-site support.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, mobile devices, network equipment, and other IT devices.
Support the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure and telephone systems.
Provide shift support when required, including evenings, weekends, or public holidays if necessary.

Job Requirements

• Diploma, certificate, or relevant IT training is preferred
• Prior experience in IT technical support, helpdesk, desktop support, or related roles is preferred.
• Experience in network or telephone system implementation and maintenance is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, email systems, printers, and common office applications.
• Willing to work on shifts when necessary.

Language Requirements

• Good command of Cantonese and basic English.
• Mandarin is an advantage.
