Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing AI-powered applications focusing on LLM integration, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems, and Voice AI solutions.
• Work on components such as prompt engineering, knowledge retrieval, and conversational AI features under the guidance of senior developers.
• Write clean and maintainable code while learning and following best practices and company standards.
• Test, debug, and help improve the performance of AI applications.
• Actively use modern AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to learn faster and increase productivity.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and deployment processes.
• Continuously learn new AI/LLM technologies and tools as part of rapid skill development.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, AI/ML, or related field (fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).
• 0–2 years of experience (internships, university projects, or personal AI projects are highly valued).
• Basic to intermediate programming skills in Python (preferred).
• Any exposure or interest in the following areas is a big plus:
o Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering
o RAG concepts and vector databases (e.g., Qdrant, Chroma, Pinecone, etc.)
o Voice AI (Speech-to-Text / Text-to-Speech)
o AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face
• Basic knowledge of Linux and Docker is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Most Important: Open-minded, curious, and genuinely excited about using AI tools daily to learn and build faster.
• Good communication skills and a strong team-player attitude.
• Proactive learner with a positive, can-do mindset.
