About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Software Developer to join our R&D team. You will help build AI-powered applications with a focus on LLM integration, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Voice AI solutions. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career developers who are excited to grow quickly in AI.

Responsibilities
• Assist in developing AI features such as RAG systems, prompt engineering, and conversational AI.
• Work on Voice AI (Speech-to-Text / Text-to-Speech) and related components.
• Write clean, maintainable code using Python and modern AI tools.
• Actively use AI coding assistants (We use Cursor here) to learn faster.
• Test, debug, and help improve AI applications.
• Participate in code reviews and team collaboration.

Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, or related field (fresh graduates are strongly encouraged).
• 0–2 years of experience (university projects, internships, or personal AI projects count).
• Basic to intermediate Python skills.
• Interest in any of the following is a big plus:
o Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering
o RAG and vector databases
o Voice AI or multi-modal AI
o Frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face
• Basic knowledge of Linux and Docker is helpful but not required.
• Most important: Curious, open-minded, and genuinely excited about using AI tools to learn and build.
