Position Summary As a member of the Solution Development team, the Manager - Project Management provides high quality and timely consultancy and project/program management services on a variety of Gaming and Marketing systems. He/she will work under the supervision and guidance from his/her reporting supervisor to proactively research, define and drive business IT-related initiatives to success. The position requires an experienced and motivated individual with the ability to utilize their talents, skills, and abilities in a coordinated and consistent team effort. Primary Responsibility Drive key business initiatives for Gaming and Marketing systems, with a vision to deliver quality solutions benefiting internal business stakeholders and the group as a whole Oversee implementation of Gaming related applications involving development of requirements, functional and technical specifications of the applications Manage the Gaming Solution and 'virtual' project teams in terms of resource planning, work quality, deliverable and timeliness Provide resource and consulting support to relevant business projects, directing the applications functionality, integration needs and infrastructure and related technology components within agreed standards Manage vendors ensuring open and transparent relationship that clearly defines the preferential status and demonstrates a beneficial service/commercial rates Effective handover to the IS&T Operations team of specific design and operating support instructions for both infrastructure and applications Work in close partnership with the IS&T Partners to consolidate the strategic needs and desires from the business to identify and prioritize future initiatives Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, systems analysis, or a related study, or equivalent experience 5 or more years of experience in not less than one IT discipline including, but not limited to business analysis & design, project & program management, application support, IT & business systems operations, etc Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to communicate in English.
