Neoson is seeking a passionate, self-driven, and open-minded Project Manager with a results-driven attitude and a keen curiosity about problem-solving. This role requires a proactive individual with a talent for relationship-building, creativity, and agility, who can seamlessly coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution with customer success as the primary objective. This role also includes ensuring resource availability and allocation, refining project management processes and workflows, and creating detailed project plans to monitor progress, all while maintaining a roll-up-your-sleeves demeanor and prioritizing progress over perfection.

Responsibilities

• Passionately coordinate Neoson's internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution with a focus on customer success.
• Take ownership to ensure Neoson's projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget with a results-driven mindset.
• Develop project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders, with a particular focus on technical feasibility in network technology and an inherent curiosity about problem-solving.
• Use verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs with an open-minded attitude and a focus on progress over perfection.
• Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders with an open-minded, creative, and proactive approach.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks, driven by a self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for Neoson with meticulous attention to detail and a roll-up-your-sleeves demeanor.

Requirements and Skills

• Over 2 years of experience in project management, preferably managing multinational or vendor projects.
• Over 2 years of experience in networking projects with expertise in network architecture, design, and implementation.
• Educational background in IT, preferably in computer science or engineering for technical project managers. Diploma or higher in information technology or electrical engineering.
• Proven experience as a project administrator in the network technology sector.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Macau ID holder.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in information technology or electrical engineering.
• Preferred PMP / PRINCE II certification.
