Network Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Network Engineer to join our IT services team. The ideal candidate will assist for network system implementation, and network infrastructure maintenance. This role is perfect for someone with a foundational understanding of networking concepts who is eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software, including routers, switches and firewalls. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime and reliability.
Document network configurations, processes, and procedures.
Provide technical support to end-users and resolve network-related issues.
Stay up-to-date with emerging networking technologies and best practices.

Qualifications requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred:

1 year or above working experience in IT field.
Relevant network certifications is preferred (e.g., CCNA, H3CNE or HCIA).
Knowledge of network security principles and tools (e.g., firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS).
Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols.
Familiarity with network equipment (e.g., Cisco, Huawei, H3C)
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
