Job Description: - To establish preventive and detective mechanisms by utilizing latest IT technique for independent checks on the accuracy and completeness of telecom services - To monitor the revenue gathering systems and to identify areas in which potential uncollected revenue may arise - To develop measures to detect, isolate and quantify Illegal Network Access (INA) and system problems contributing to the revenue losses - To investigate additional occurrences of confirmed INA abuses that are reported by relevant branches or business units, and other sources of information related to INA - To work with Network Services to develop assurance systems which includes international, local telephone, mobile and data networks, etc - To continually develop and review the Revenue Assurance Systems so as to accomplish all objectives in an effective, timely and efficient manner - To plan and carry out revenue assurance reviews on products and processes - To perform all forms of telecom fraud and internal investigation - To liaise with internal and external parties on Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management matters Requirements: - Degree holder in Business Information System/ Computer Science / Information Engineering or equivalent - Fluency in spoken/written English & Chinese - Three years or above experience in areas of financial or IT audit - Good knowledge in programming, database, network and system audit - Holder of CCNA / CCNP / CISA is an advantage - Knowledge of the telecom industry is an advantage - Strong analytical skill with investigative mind - Proactive with good communication & organizing skill - To work on irregular hours under ad hoc or urgent condition
