Job Responsibility
• Provide general IT support service for office users according to committed service level
• Work with team members as a Support Service pool to delivery Service
• Record all incidents log in the system. Follow up assigned tasks until problem resolved. Assist to prepare monthly report
• Implement a schedule project ( e.g: deploy a patch of new PC/ software upgrade )

Requirement
• High diploma or above (prefer IT Technology)
• Must be Macau citizens
• At least 3 yr experience on related IT support service
• Solid support experience on Win 10, MS office ( XLS, Outlook, words)
• Experience on setup Projector, L2 switch and Scanner/ network printer

Working Hours
Monday - Friday 9am-6:30 pm, occasionally Government Holiday

Salary
Starting from MOP$ 13,000, subject to working experience
