Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage tendered development projects throughout the entire project lifecycle. This role requires strong coordination of internal resources and external vendors, as well as serving as the key liaison between clients and the development team to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for smooth project execution
• Manage scope changes and apply appropriate verification techniques to control schedule and cost variances
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular progress updates, risk reports, and milestone presentations
• Translate business needs into functional/technical specifications
• Oversee UAT and quality assurance processes
• Manage contract compliance, phase reviews, and acceptance handover
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Handle tender proposals and service documents

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, or related field
• 3+ years IT project management experience
• Good client-facing and internal communication skills
• Good written skills in Chinese and English; fluent Cantonese; basic communication in Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and PowerPoint
• Proactive, responsible, able to work under pressure, and a good team player
