POSITION SUMMARY: Manage the translation of HR and business needs into HR technology/systems development, from needs analysis, defining feature requirements, developing technology with vendors, technology testing, data migration, system deployment, and maintenance. Contribute to technical discussions and enhancement initiatives related to improving customer experience, usability, and latest technologies Maintain a pulse on user feedback and provides prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges to improve the user experience PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Support ideation and proactive identification of innovative technology solutions to business challenges Gather high-level requirements and assist in scope definition, business case and ROI during initial discovery - Work with the IS&T Partners to administer and organize project activities - Support meeting logistics such as scheduling meetings, meeting room set up and putting together meeting materials - Maintain neat, orderly, complete documents and project files - Assist in monitoring and tracking project progress, scheduling, and project status - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as group and local IT team leaders, security, risk, compliance teams for a highly coordinated approach in the execution of strategic priorities; - Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic projects - Review and evaluate performance in achieving goals of Group Technology and execution objectives - Work with internal and external parties to implement technology and business development initiatives REQUIREMENTS: - Proficient in MS Office applications, e.g. MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel - Ability to read and write simple correspondence in English - Excellent time management and communication skills - Good team player and problem solver, responsible, willing to learn and can work independently with initiative - Higher Diploma or above in Business administration or relevant disciplines - Knowledge in IT service management monitoring and workflow automation platforms is preferable - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize workload effectively and independently.
