Senior Officer, IT Store Solutions

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the day-to-day IT operations, user support and IT facilities maintenance of Hong Kong Maxim’s Group’s store & office in Macau
Maintaining high performance service level, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary
Taking ownership of major incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders
Supervising support management teams to facilitate continual improvements in the desktop environment
Implement and maintain IT security controls to meet with group security standards and compliance requirements (e.g. ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, etc.)
Manage the business aspects of IT service delivery, including budgets, cost reduction strategies, and services delivery reporting
Assist IT projects and monitor the service quality of the outsourced IT Services to fulfil Deskside support, Branch support, Ad-hoc IMAC request and Inventory management
Support service implementation and change management, systems incidence management and review
Prepare and present IT monthly reports, dashboards, and other analytics related to our key business drivers for operation, performance, and case analysis

Requirements:

Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations, and/or project management. Previous experience in F&B/Retail industry is a definite advantage
Sound knowledge in IT infrastructure technologies and enterprise applications, e.g., Windows PC/server administration, networking, cloud, security, etc.
Project management and related skills, e.g., communication, stakeholder management, time management, budget control, etc.
Holder of technical certifications, e.g., ITILv3, Windows, CCNA/CCNP, firewall is an advantage
Good command of spoken and written Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin, good command of both spoken and written English
